MECHANICS:

1. Nominate your friend and tell us why she makes the perfect BFF whom you trust unconditionally in no less than 300 words.
2. Submit a photo with your BFF along with any Charmee product. Product photo must not be simply edited into the picture.
3. The winner will be chosen by Charmee representatives based on the following criteria:
       40% – Photo Quality*
       30% – Story Quality*
       30% – Overall Impact
   * "Quality" for this promo is defined as the depiction of friendship and trust on the materials sent by participants.
4. All travel and accommodations will be paid for by Charmee. The grand prize winner and her BFF will also win Charmee gift packs. Consolation prizes await two (2) Charmee fans and their BFFs.
5. Submission of entries is from October 15, 2010 to November 14, 2010. The winner will be announced on November 17, 2010 via Charmee website and Charmee Feminine Protection Facebook fan page.
